I called this company after previously having a different company come to my house and tell me I need an entire new unit. Pretty costly so I wanted a second opinion, turns out the air ducts needed a cleaning and filters needed to be changed. They came out the next morning and fixed everything. Big price difference between the two, very happy to find someone that is honest and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend Gold River to anyone who wants a fair deal.

I called several companies for free estimates and Rusty from Gold River Mechanical was very professional and knowledgeable in helping decide on the best fit for a new air conditioner. Just a quick note to add another example of great service that Rusty provides. I lost heating in the house at the worst possible time. Was getting bids in the range of $8 to +$11k for complete system replacement from other companies. Getting 3k difference for the same job did not seem right to me. Luckily got in touch with Rusty and asked for his advice. He came the next morning, replaced the broken parts and got my heating back and running in the record time. At a fraction of the cost others were quoting. Awesome job, honest and reliable like others said already – don’t waste your time talking to anybody else.

As a Realtor, I have used Rusty & crew multiple times over the years. Last year, my brother’s air conditioner stopped working. After another company told him he needed a whole new unit, I recommend he have Rusty take a look at it. Turned out all it needed was a recharge, which saved my brother thousands of dollars. More recently, I had a client buying a house where the air conditioner failed to work at the home inspection. The seller told us that it just needed a recharge, so we had Rusty look at it to be sure. He showed us that the unit was not holding pressure, so a recharge would be a waste of money because the freon would simply leak out due to physical damage caused by a dog urinating on the air conditioner. I never knew that could happen! I would recommend Gold River Mechanical for all of my clients, friends, and family.
